Meet artist Susy Bleasby! Like many of us, Susy struggled to find her path, but once she discovered the wonderful World of Susybee living in her own imagination, things have never been the same! As she found herself as an artist, each of her loveable characters came to life and found a way to make the world smile. She shares these characters in many ways including murals in children’s hospitals. As artist-in-residence at Toronto’s Sick Kids International Hospital for over 15 years, she has painted throughout the 8-story building. With simple joy and gentle humor, this cast of funny friends will find a way to make all of us giggle. The World of Susybee: everyday items with designs to make you smile.
