"I enjoy working with other designers, the creative process as collaboration is a wonderful thing. I find inspiration everywhere, from the fashion and architecture on the streets of NYC to nature walks and art museums. I feel extremely fortunate to work with color, fabric and design. And now I'm learning to quilt, which helps me understand what makes a good fabric collection!"
She earned her BA in Studio Art at Oberlin College, supplementing her degree with textile design courses at both Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Laura lives in New York City with her husband, and has two amazing daughters.
