Fig Tree & Co. is the brainchild of Joanna and Eric Figueroa, with their 3 "figlets" as they liked to call them at the time (they've grown!). From childhood, Joanna seemed to always be an artist and seller at heart. She tried her hand at many different mediums over the years, but when she made her first quilt she knew that she had "come home."
Fig Tree & Co. focuses their quilting designs on classic patterns with fresh and innovative methods so that they are accessible to every level of sewer; no complicated templates, says Joanna! Eric handles the marketing and financial end of the business, while Joanna enjoys being both pattern designer and fabric artist/designer. They and their family live in the countryside of Petaluma, California.
