Sashiko 101

Specifically we will work on designs that are stenciled, gridded, pre-stitched, and partially stitched.  Thread weaving (kurgurozashi)  will be introduced while learning the techniques for stitching these projects.   Apply your creative skills in new and exciting ways utilizing this 400 year old process.

 
*This is a two session class, each session is 3 hours, [10:30 – 1:30]  


You may park in the last row of the City Parking Lot near Running Stitch (which is not limited to  

2-hours).

Registration Fee:   $20 registration for room use. ( This registration fee is paid when you sign up.)   

Kit fee:                     $20 payable on the day of class to the instructor for the instruction booklet,

                                 materials, thread, needles and other supplies.

Instruction fee:  None
