Beginning Quilting 101
The class will introduce choosing fabrics, using a rotary cutter, piecing and quilting by machine. Students will complete a baby- or lap-size quilt by the end of the class. For the first class bring any rotary cutters, rulers and/or cutting mats that you already own.
Fabric will be purchased during the first session from Running Stitch Fabrics at a class discount. (Other supplies are also available at the discount.)
Please be comfortable with your sewing machine before class starts. Note: You will need a ¼" foot for your machine by the second class and a walking foot by the 5th class.
